How do I change my name?

Did you make typo when filling out your name? If so, you can request a fix by filling out a form and attaching a picture of your ID.

⚠️ Make sure you have linked your email address to our Smitten Account before submitting this request ⚠️ 

1. Tap on Submit a request
2. Choose Change personal information
3. Add your email address
4. Choose the information you want to be corrected
   • Choose Name
5. Add your correct Name
6. Add your Smitten Username
7. Complete filling out Subject and description why you want to change your name
8. Attach a legal ID showing your name and date of birth.
9. Tap Submit

You'll receive an email from us asking you to confirm you are the one asking for this change. Please reply to that email saying you confirm or deny this request so our team can proceed.
