Can't verify email

  • If you are experiencing difficulty verifying your email address, please ensure that you have entered the correct email address.

  • Check your spam folder.

  • If you encounter an error code while attempting to verify your email on iOS, try disabling Private Relay and then resend the verification email.

How to disable Private Relay:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap on your Apple ID and then select iCloud
  3. Find Private Relay and switch the toggle to off
  4. Try to resend your verification email
