Do you have a subscription, but it's not working?
You might have an another active account or have forgotten to delete your old account. Make sure you are logging in to the correct account.
If you deleted your account and made a new account, you have a new phone and your subscription isn't working or have other issues with your subscription, try restore purchase.
- Tap the profile icon in the lower right corner
- Tap Settings ⚙️ in the upper right corner
- Scroll and tap Restore Purchase
